Dear customer, please read carefully the points that are part of this regulation.
Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.
General conditions:
How to book a room
To be eligible to book the apartment on the request date it is necessary to make a payment equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel up to 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund
- Cancel within 60 days of check-in and the cost of the full reservation is non-refundable.
Apartment delivery
The apartment is delivered starting at 15.00 on the date of arrival. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to deliver the pre-set deposit for the booked apartment.
Please see that the structure is complete of the services offered by us, and in this case to point out any problems/deficiencies or devices not working.
Returning keys at your departure
The keys of the apartment must be delivered before 11.00 am on the day of departure. Please check that you have left all the devices working and have not caused any damage.
Number of people housed per apartment
Each apartment can accommodate a pre-established number of people. This number is established during the booking confirmation. It is possible to host other tenants (not exceeding the total maximum capacity of people per apartment), paying a supplement of € 20 per person per night.
Consumption of water and gas
The consumption of water and gas is included in the agreed quota.
Bed, bath and kitchen linens
The apartments are delivered with the linens for the bedrooms and the kitchen, please do not bring them outside the house.
Sublease
The property can not under any circumstances be leased to third parties.
Cleaning and maintenance
The accommodation will be delivered clean, there is no daily cleaning service. The tenants are asked to provide for the daily care of the property and to safeguard its integrity. In addition, we invite customers to regularly empty the garbage containers according to the separate collection calendar.
Pets
Pets are allowed on explicit request and according to size.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival, a deposit of the amount agreed upon at the time of booking must be paid.
The security deposit does not represent part of the rental amount but serves to cover any damage caused by you. The deposit is fully refundable on the day of departure, provided that the following conditions are met:
No damage to property and context was found, in addition to normal depreciation and wear.
No penalties arising from illegal activities have occurred.
All waste, garbage, and scraps were thrown in the appropriate bins.
All keys are delivered and the unit is returned closed.
Each suspended payment must be concluded before your departure.
No items in the linen and towels kit have been lost or damaged.
The tenant is not sent away by the owner, or his representative or the police.
The kitchen must be delivered clean and without dishes to wash, if not returned clean will be deducted € 30 from the deposit.
False Reservations
Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to loss of the reservation fee (deposit), security deposit, and it will not be possible to check-in.
The keys of the house will be delivered to the guest upon arrival after checking the apartment and signing the present regulations. (NB: please keep the keys carefully as in case of loss of the same will be charged to the guest a charge of € 200.00)
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest. Stayfirstclass Ltd reserves the right to access the apartment in case of maintenance or danger in the absence of guests.
Under no circumstances, shall guest produce or permit any noise and/or music of any kind to be played and/or between the hours of 11 PM and 8 AM, or to emanate from the unit at any time.
Stayfirstclass may terminate the stay and forbid access to the guest and use of a unit as a result of a violation of any of the following Stayfirstclass House Rules.
In such a case, Stayfirstclass will not reimburse the rental cost to the guests.
Every guest is required to keep the things he owns. Stayfirstclass ltd declines all responsibility in case of theft and damage of objects left by the guest in the apartment.
